- 3-5 years of PEGA Systems application and development experience
- Pega 6.x and above
- Experience with various PEGA Systems-based tools/utilities (e.g. DCO, PMF, AES)
- Experience in the Financial Services industry is preferred but not required
- 2-3 Years of full lifecycle development experience: design, analysis and coding
- 2+ Years development experience Java
- 2+ Years working directly with relational databases with an extensive knowledge of SQL and data modeling
- Extensive analytical and problem-solving skills
- Able to resolve incidents and provide business support
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for working in a global and highly complex environment
