- Collaborate with Director, Enterprise Architecture and VP, Architecture & Innovation in establishing the vision, architecture and implementation plan for the integration and data capabilities, and drive the realization of that vision/architecture.
- Lead the establishment and adoption of integration and data processes, principles, standards/patterns and measurements to drive industry-leading capabilities (e.g., Unified Commerce), performance, scale and operational maturity, while embracing agility and fast pace of change and innovation.
- Clearly articulate, plan and drive implementation of integration and data layer, including specific domain-driven enterprise services and data
- Transform and measure integration and data practice maturity and operational excellence
- Four-year degree in Computer Science, MIS, Engineering or related field
- 7+ years of integration engineering and architecture
- 5+ years of software design and development
- 5+ years in Domain Driven Design
- Excellent communication skills and ability to influence engineers, architects, and senior stakeholders (both IT and Business)
- Expert knowledge and practical experience applying/implementing modern integration and data practices such as Domain Driven Design, Unified Commerce, Event-Driven Architecture, Data Streaming/Analytics, etc.
- Expert knowledge and experience with integration and data platforms, processes and tools, including deployment and observability/traceability
- Prefer Azure and/or multi-cloud experience, but AWS, Google Cloud Platform or similar is ok
