- Managing the entire product lifecycle, from scope to implementation throughout software development lifecycle (SDLC)
- Maintaining work backlog and Jira backlog
- Ensuring feature/user stories are groomed for team to work on for upcoming sprint in a fully Agile environment
- Collaborating with entire development/product team, help team understand business requirements and future requests
- Collaborating with other product managers across the organization and also operations group in distribution center for upcoming enhancements and changes
- Supporting a group of diverse clients/customers by building and maintaining relationships with internal customers, third party vendors, and business leadership
- Influencing the prioritization of deliverables and facilitates discussions necessary for product delivery
- 3-5 years of IT Product Management experience
- 3+ years of experience managing products within the Financial, Supply Chain, and/or Operations space
- Experience working with development/product teams on technology-related initiatives
- Extensive experience in an Agile environment, working through sprints, and Agile tools such as Jira
- Experience in Supply Chain, Inventory, E-Commerce, Online Ordering Systems, or Transportation/Delivery systems is a plus
- Experience with systems similar to SAP, JDA, etc. is a plus
