DescriptionTCG is looking for an experienced and detail-driven production artist to join a growing team for a client in the Atlanta area. The production artist will be responsible for producing high-quality artwork in a fluid high-volume production environment. The production artist will be working closely with graphic designers and proofers to guarantee premiere material for marketing collateral and other print-related work. Experience working with or for one of the Big 4 companies is a huge plus.Responsibilities: Responsible for production projects through to completion within agreed timeline Own all elements required for development of artwork and associated components, including artwork proofs, samples, and mock-ups Create print-ready files while working with other departments to maintain strict schedule for file release Confirm accuracy of press proofs and production samples Additional tasks may include: photography planning, illustration, creating mock-ups, and translationsRequirements 2+ years experience in pre-press, print production or related field PC Proficient Expertise in production skills Ability to collect files and archive materials Working knowledge of the printing industry, graphic arts, printing methods, and production techniques Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Mac): InDesign, Illustrator, Acrobat, Photoshop Familiar with Microsoft Office including, Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPointFor immediate consideration for this position, send your resume and portfolio to kate.bona@creativegroup.comAt TCG, we’re committed to you from the moment you sign up.
