Lead Workday Project ManagerContract- Remote PMO Structure and Responsibilities • 1 Lead PM will serve as the overall lead project manager and lead the PMO.
o Minimum 7+ years of project management experience on Workday Implementations. o Modules they are implementing: HCM, Compensation, Talent, Payroll, Benefits, Absence, Time Tracking o Overall accountability for success of WD Implementation. o Overall accountability for success of PMO. o Responsible for ensuring the other 2 PMs and Test Lead are in sync and successful. o Support the Entity PMs and Test Lead, where needed. o Must have experience leading PMO or other project managers. o Owns Weekly WD Project Leadership meeting including powerpoint, status updates, etc. o Leads Weekly PMO meeting including powerpoint, status updates, etc. o Owns Weekly Project team meeting, including powerpoint , status updates, etc. o Owns overall Project Plan, ensuring all workstreams and entities are on track. o Owns relationship with Alight PM. o Owns overall RAID log. o Requires Workday knowledge to lead the project through risks, problem-solving, etc. o Served as lead/primary project manager with major workstreams including: Project Governance, Business Process Redesign, System Configuration, Testing, Integrations, Data Conversions, Change Management, Rollout. o Excellent team leader, empowering others. Excellent leadership skills o Excellent organization and problem-solving skills o Excellent communication, relationship skills, and conflict resolution. o Excellent influence skills because won't have direct reports or power. o Must understand and have partnered with Organizational Change Management resources and activities.Vacancy expired!
