- Participate and contribute in the full project life cycle, including: gathering requirements; system design; implementation; testing; deployment; and, support of applications.
- Must have Agile Methodology experience.
- Lead projects in accordance with our client’s project management methodology, which is closely aligned with the standards set within the Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK).
- Develop project concept documents, charters and detailed work plans
- Coordinate and manage project activities and timelines using our client’s project management software solution, Workfront, and other key applications such as SharePoint and Word.
- Facilitate various project meetings and providing weekly status reports to key stakeholders.
- Ensure effective communication and relationships between customers and project team members.
- Create and implement change management strategies and plans that maximize employee adoption and usage.
- Minimum 5 years of project management experience working on complex programs involving the implementation of multiple systems and reorganizations.
- Experience successfully managing IT and operationally related projects (system implementation, system conversions and system retirement) of varying size and complexity within the financial or investment industry.
- Change management experience related to implementation within the financial or investment industry.
- Ability to create a shared understanding in a team environment.
- Highly developed interpersonal and negotiation skills.
- Experience with and knowledge of project management techniques and principles.
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
- Ability to handle multiple assignments concurrently and function in a fast-paced environment.

- Translate business requirements into user stories in preparation for Agile delivery cycles
- Capture functional changes in the form of requirements, process flows, user stories, and acceptance criteria
- Facilitate analysis workshops with internal and external resources
- Serve as functional subject-matter expert for defined scope during development and QA phases
- Convey functional and user experience requirements to development and QA teams and help them to understand the intent of the feature and the details of the requirements
- Interact with Project Management as part of project scheduling and delivery
- Engage with external client team members, ranging from project team counterparts to business leaders
- 2+ years of business analysis experience with proven results, creating requirements, user stories, process flows, acceptance criteria, and other documentation; preferably operating in Agile methodology
- Strong experience creating and facilitating user experience (UX) requirements
- Functional domain experience with one or more of eCommerce, CRM, order capture, order management and/or supplier integration
- Experience with solutions leveraging APIs and partner integrations
- Ability to assimilate complex ideas and detailed information into exceptional written, spoken and visual communications
- Excellent active listening, personal organization, and attention to detail
- Proven ability to work creatively and analytically to solve business and technical problems.
- Ability to build rapport with diverse and differently motivated individuals, groups, and departments
- Ability to consistently deliver results in a high-energy environment
- Strong expertise with MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio (or equivalent programs)
- Effective meeting facilitation skills
- Prior major consulting firm experience (Accenture, Deloitte, KPMG, etc.)
- Experience with working with multiple external partners on a joint / shared platform or product
- Experience with eCommerce web project implementations and technologies such as Java, Javascript, HTML, Angular, CSS, etc.
- Experience with VersionOne, JIRA, and/or Confluence (or equivalent SDLC tools)
- Experience in the Loyalty, Rewards, Retail eCommerce, Travel/Hospitality and/or Financial Services industries
