We are targeting high growth over the next 5 years.As a Recruiting Manager, you will run the full recruiting life cycle and work directly with the CPI Recruiting Lead, Solution Leaders and candidates throughout the recruiting process.Responsibilities:Oversee the full recruiting life cycle for designated solution lines within the Corporate Performance Improvement practiceSource qualified candidatesConduct phone screens and schedule interviews; gather feedback from the interview teamCommunicate with CPI professionals and candidates to ensure everyone involved in the recruiting process is aware of interview feedback and next steps in the interview processAssist with market research, job descriptions and talent insights that will help the team understand the recruiting market and specialty areasContribute knowledge and innovative/creative ideas for current experienced hire recruiting needsWork with HRBP team to prepare and finalize offer lettersMaintain requisitions and candidate records with meticulous attention to detailProvide reporting and metrics as neededRequirements:Bachelor's Degree with 5 years of professional experience, of which 3 years of full life cycle recruiting. Experience with a management consulting firm and/or financial services firm preferred.Extensive experienced hire recruitment experience.Strong business acumen and polished communication skills.Ability to work efficiently and effectively, while maintaining high-attention to detail.Confident at quickly adapting to a changing work environment and an ability to deal with ambiguous situations.Diversity & InclusionA&M's entrepreneurial culture celebrates independent thinkers and doers who can positively impact our clients and shape our industry.
