RESPONSIBILITIES:Kforce has a client in Atlanta, GA that is seeking a Risk & Security Lead.
Summary:This company is one the largest manufactures of their product in the North America. The distribute products through national, hospitality, regional and independent retail channels. They operate more than 30 manufacturing plants throughout the United States and Canada.Your job as a Risk & Security Lead is to partner with the engineering organization to assist them with info protection, cybersecurity, and privacy related risks. You will be acting as the single point of contact for the interpretation of a finding or task related to the mitigation of the highest priority risks. The Risk & Security Lead will help the team navigate through the compliance and audit findings and lead the implementation of new policies or automation procedures.The candidate will have a strong appreciation and skill in partnering with leaders as well as developers, ability to understand, follow risk management processes, practices and documentation needs and the ability to balance risk issues with other equally important business priorities.REQUIREMENTS: Certifications preferred but not required (CRISC, CCSP, CISSP, CEH, or equivalent) 5+ years of experience preferred The candidate is someone who has a strong understanding of IT controls and IT risk management This person does not need to be a software engineer but should have had the experience of successfully implementing IT risk management in an environment where there was modern engineering development using primarily cloud solutions - both SaaS and PaaS, Software Delivery through DevOps/CICD, agile SDLC and best of breed solutions Proven ability to organize and sort through priorities Ability to lead thru influence and understanding of the need for change managementKforce is an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action Employer.
