Ruby on Rails Engineer to join their team in Atlanta, GA! This person's primary focus will be on development of server-side logic, definition and maintenance of the central database, ensuring high performance and responsiveness to requests from the front-end.

Here's what you'll be doing:

Designing, building and maintaining efficient, reusable and reliable Ruby code
Ensuring the performance, quality and responsiveness of applications
Identifying bottlenecks & bugs and devise solutions to those
Maintaining and troubleshooting existing web applications

Here's what our ideal candidate has:

3-5 years experience with Ruby on Rails, along with other common libraries such as Sidekiq, Redis etc.
Good understanding of server-side templating languages such as Slim, HAML etc.
Experience in one or more relational database (PostgreSQL, MySQL etc.)
Experience in HTML, CSS pre-processor (SASS or LESS) and client-side scripting libraries and framework (Javascript, Jquery etc.)
Experience with RESTful API's and back-end services
Proficient understanding of Git
Experience of managing application environment in Heroku and AWS
