• 7+ Years of Hands-On functional SAP ECC or S/4 QM module experience
• 3+ full ERP life cycle implementation of SAP ECC
• SAP Implementation experience of configurable products
• Process expertise in Production execution, Quality Notification, Quality Master data design, Lot size, the Inspection process, Customer & Supplier Complaint management, COA
• Understanding of QM module and integration with PP & Logistics
• Able to build and review detailed functional & technical documents, Reports, Function modules, Transactions, Interfaces, Output processing
• Demonstrate strong collaboration, interpersonal, communication & Presentation skills.

The Lead IT Business Analyst - SAP Quality Management position is a part of our IT and Digital Business Systems Transformation technology team responsible for the overall technology Plan to Make workstream.
• This role will serve as a trusted partner, advisor, and thought leader on the future state technology landscape (ERP and legacy systems environment), and systems implementation. This position will be responsible for designing, developing, and testing of SAP S/4 Quality Management process and Integration with MES systems and External QMS solutions.
• This position will work with our implementation partner to implement Quality Management - Supplier Quality, Customer Quality, and Manufacturing Quality. The scope includes the enterprise planning of 30 mills and 225+ converting facilities.

• Providing leadership in all aspects of Quality Management planning processes.
• Translate business requirements to technology solution requirements.
• Partner with the System integrator to ensure proper documentation of Blueprints and Functional Specifications
• Assist in the review & execution of test scripts and participate in integration testing with appropriate end-users and technical groups including third-party SAP vendor configuration partners
