- At least 4 years of Information technology Experience .
- At least 4 years of experience in SAP Products ( SAP ECC , PI , Portal and solman, BOBJ, IDM, GRC ) and Administration.
- Expertise in trouble shooting the performance issues and preparing RCA.
- Solving escalated tickets from L1 and L2 support .
- Perform complex tasks like Parameter changes, Kernel upgrades, Hardening, Takeover, Support pack upgrade, certificate imports, License updates, Java system deployment.
- Configure and manage the SAP printing subsystem for all SAP instances
- Monitor and maintain SAP systems environments for optimum performance and be proactive in identifying potential problems (environments include Sandbox, Development, QA, Production and DR etc.,).
- Perform SAP client administration (create client, copy client, delete client, export/import client) as required.
- Installation, configuration, and system administration of Solman and PI/PO systems.
- Develop and maintain system documentation for all SAP instances and interfaces. Provide status reports for projects to management.
- Analyze reoccurring Incidents, Problem tickets and provide recommendation / solution for a permanent fix.
- Knowledge on FIORI, GRC will be added advantage.
- Perform SAP client administration (create client, copy client, delete client, export/import client) as required.
- Change management - should be able to support maintenance activity within SAP Basis area, like support package implementation, security notes, etc
- Analyze reoccurring Incidents, Problem tickets and provide recommendation / solution for a permanent fix
- Identify automation opportunities amongst daily tasks and provide inputs for script development.
- Participate in the planning and implementation of SAP system upgrades.
- SAP HANA Experience .
- Certification: Certified in SAP Basis or SAP HANA
- Experience in SAP HANA performance tuning, HANA DB upgrade and Refresh
- Manage and work in the area of SAP operation support, Implementation support, rollouts and Project support.
- Hands on experience in troubleshooting of both ABAP, Java stacks.
- Capable of designing and implementing System Landscape, Architecture, Backup strategy
- Strong Analytical and troubleshooting skill.
- Excellent in Verbal, written communication.
- Creative thinking in implementing Service improvements (automation, incident reduction, etc.).
- Willingness and flexibility to learn new technologies scale up quickly and adapt to different roles as the situation demands.
