Job Title: SAP SuccessFactors Consultant Location: Atlanta, GA (Hybrid) Hire Type: Full Time Employment Job Description: Responsibilities: SAP SuccessFactors Consultant (Authorizations-RBPs) The IT Business Consultant is responsible for aligning business strategies with SAP SF technology solutions by leading cross division facilitation session to communicate and clarifying business needs, contributing to development of long-range plans, and ensuring technology products and services are aligned with business needs across multiple business units, 3rd party and partner domains. The IT Business Consultant will have a particular focus on the following SAP SF products and focus areas: Employee Central, Employee Central Payroll, Recruiting, Performance & Goals, Succession and Development, Onboarding). The IT Consultant must be self-motivated, responsive, and detail oriented with excellent organizational, interpersonal and communication skills. Minimum Qualifications:
- Experience in SAP SuccessFactors (EC, PMGM or RMK and ONB 1.0 certification)
- Comfortable working with XML, and managing role permissions within the template
- Experience with Integration Center (multiple jobs run that update candidate, application, education and prior work experience tables)
- Manage role-based permissions to ensure accurate access for users based on key user and process owner input
- Work with stakeholders to design and create RBP Groups and standard and custom reports
- Be responsible for gathering authorizations requirements, planning, analysis & supporting of SAP SuccessFactors and other HR systems
- Help to ensure overall integration and data transfers between HR system landscape with respective monitoring
- Assist implementation of upgrades, bug-fixes, improvements, and patches post go-live - including testing, validation, communication
- Provide second level HR application support and day-to-day issue resolution to key users in HR including trouble shooting
- Support with the development of training documentation and providing key user training as needed
- Communicates system changes, upgrades and general information to HR key users and end users
