- 4+ years of experience configuring, implementing and/or supporting SAP SuccessFactors Talent suite , Succession and PMGM with full functionalities.
- 3+ Full Life-cycle implementations of SAP SuccessFactors, from planning to configuration through go-live
- Experience managing work streams, including monitoring for project issues and sound judgement for escalation
- Excellent Communication & Presentation skills, must be a team player
- Understanding of Employee Life Cycle Management process in Global organizations
- Translate Business requirements into System Configuration Objects and create solution design for SuccessFactors Succession, PMGM in compliance with the Best Practices
- Hands-on all the Data Models and knowledge of XML
- System configuration in accordance with Solution Design & Configuration Workbook / Business Blueprint
- Preparation & Execution of Test Cases / Test Plans / Test scripts
- Knowledge of MDF , foundation objects , associations , Business rules and workflows
- Good English verbal and written communication
- 2-6 years of experience as a technical consultant in SAP SuccessFactors
- SAP SuccessFactors technology knowledge is a must along with data migration exposure
- Superb written and verbal communication skills
- Team player with the ability to accomplish results and lead teams
- Proficient in MS Office (including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint)
- Ability to work in a global team environment
- Thrive in high energy, high profile environment
- French and Spanish language is an added advantage
- Hands-on experience on technical work
- Excellent Communication Skills
- Integration expertise within different modules of SuccessFactors
- Certification in at least in Succession (Primary) , PMGM modules (Secondary)
- Certification in other SuccessFactors modules is an added advantage
- Bachelor's (Preferred)
- SAP SuccessFactors: 6 years (Preferred)
