- Perform complex analysis of data, identify trends and create benchmarks
- Support efforts to define and implement enterprise data definitions, data governance and data stewardship
- Maintain effective communication with internal business partners and external constituents to ensure business needs are met appropriate for a wide range of audience members
- Act as Subject Matter Expert working with business stakeholders to understand, define and support data requirements
- Develop front-end reports, interfaces and queries to provide data access to business users
- Partner with other team members to share insights, expertise and best practices
- BS/BA degree in related discipline or equivalent combination of education and work-related experience required.
- 5 years of experience in related field; certification is required in some areas.
- 5 years of relevant experience in data warehousing and business intelligence tools preferred
- Advanced knowledge of SQL required, with experience in Alteryx, SAP Business Objects, Hyperion and AWS preferred
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Experience with Tableau or similar dashboarding tools creating visually based methods of presenting information preferred
- Demonstrated ability to draw connections between data metrics and potential business drivers
- Proven ability to work effectively within complex decision-making and organizational structures
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Exceptional written and verbal communication and presentation skills
- Strong knowledge and use of Microsoft Office Suite (excel, power point) required
- Excellent teamwork skills
