Serve as a key liaison between lines of business (LOB) and IT/ADS.This role can be based in/near: Atlanta (GA), Raleigh, Greensboro, Charlotte (NC), Richmond (VA) or Miami (FL)ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESFollowing is a summary of the essential functions for this job. Other duties may be performed, both major and minor, which are not mentioned below. Specific activities may change from time to time. Contributing member of the project team, responsible for coordinating the requirements planning, elicitation, documentation, review, and approval activities for the projects to which they are assigned in the PMO (Project Management Office), supporting multiple business units, cross-functional teams, channels and/or other logical business functions.

Serve as a key liaison between Business, EPO, Data and Technology Services (D&TS) teams and other LOBs.

Ability to drive requirements for the project based on the approved Project Charter objectives and scope items.

Plan, elicit, capture, analyze and validate requirements.

Facilitate requirements elicitation sessions and walkthroughs with Business, project stakeholders, and other D&TS resources.

Excellent attention to detail.

Excellent organizational skills.

Strict adherence to all Project Management Office (PMO) standards.

Familiar with the standard Project Management lifecycle process.

Develop, document, and/or revise process flow charts.

Coach and mentor junior level Business Analyst associates and team members.

Perform other duties as may be assigned.

QUALIFICATIONSRequired Qualifications:The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill and/or ability required. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.Bachelor’s degree in Business or IT, or equivalent education and related training

Four years of professional consulting, project analyst or relevant industry experience, with three years of specializing in systems implementations, merger integration, business transformation and change management

Strong analytical skills; excellent fact-gathering and business process mapping

Self-starter, highly-motivated, change agent Strong interpersonal, communication, collaboration and leadership skills

Demonstrated proficiency in basic computer applications, such as Microsoft Office software products

Preferred Qualifications:8 or more years of experience as a Business Analyst with experience in one or more of the following areas: Project Management, Business Process Management, Relationship Management, Business Operations, or Quality Management.

Experience planning, facilitating, eliciting, documenting and managing business and functional requirements.

Strong meeting facilitation, presentation, verbal and written skills.

Computer proficient along with proficiency in the use of the MS Office suite including Visio.

Understanding of systems engineering concepts

Ability to effectively interface with staff at all levels.

Strong critical / analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.

Ability to work independently and as a productive, positive member of a team.

Ability to travel as needed, occasionally overnight.

Strong understanding, knowledge and background in banking and financial services.

Ability to write use cases and user stories.
