Your primary responsibility is to oversee the development, execution, and maintenance of Honeywell Building Technologies' service offerings. This role is crucial in ensuring that the organization's services meet customer needs, align with business goals, and remain competitive in the market. You will lead a team of professionals and collaborate with various departments to create and manage a portfolio of service offerings that drive revenue, customer satisfaction, and business growth.The role is in Atlanta, GA and will report to the VP Offering Management – HBS Global.KEY RESPONSIBILITIESService Portfolio Strategy:

Develop and maintain a strategic vision for the company's service portfolio in alignment with the overall business strategy.

Identify growth opportunities and market trends to enhance and expand service offerings.

Lead the development and enhancement of new services and service packages.

Determine pricing strategies for services, considering cost analysis, competition, and value to customers.

Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities, gaps, and threats in the service portfolio.

Manage a team of service offer managers, ensuring their professional growth and effective performance.

Service Lifecycle Management:

Define the full lifecycle of services, including launch, maintenance, and eventual retirement.

Monitor the financial performance of services, tracking revenue, costs, and profitability.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

10+ years’ experience of product management experience within an in-house development environment, launching transformational business models i.e., outcome based pricing and recurrent revenue model.

10+ years experience working in/with Service business

5+ years’ experience within large matrixed organizations, with proven track record of innovation, delivery, and results.

3+ years’ experience packaging up products/software up to vertical targeted offerings

PREFERRED

Bachelor’s Degree/MBA preferred.

Lean six sigma or continuous improvement events.

Ability to apply critical thinking skills and disciplined approaches to help leaders and leadership teams resolve issues and define solutions.

Places personal credibility and reputation on the line to passionately advocate for what they believe in.

Knows how to effectively manage risk and uncertainty for self and team.

Makes decisions with confidence when problems or solutions are not 100% defined.

The leader is or has the capability to become a well-known and reputed thought and business leader in the industry.

Demonstrated entrepreneurial style experience and leadership.

High intellectual horsepower and strong technical knowledge of the product management lifecycle.

Experience setting strategy and the vision and building, leading, and motivating product management teams.

Experience in interacting with customers and acting as an evangelist for the product vision among core customers and internal business units.

Experience working with engineering, R&D, marketing, finance, and sales.

Excellent communication skills with strong persuasion and influencing abilities. An excellent motivator who is charismatic, action-oriented, and confident with the ability to inspire confidence in others.
