DescriptionResponsibilitiesWe are seeking a talented change agent to join our team and help improve and transform the service operation process and operating model. We are looking for a Senior Process Improvement Professional who can play a leading role in defining and transforming processes and related technologies, procedures and ways of working necessary to deliver on TRICARE requirements, as well as aligning to the transformational vision of the future - driving to personalized experience reliably and efficiently.The successful candidate has worked on process improvement teams and has an understanding of multiple improvement methodologies as well as Agile. Must be comfortable with ambiguity and have the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional business and technical partners in identifying problems, creating and presenting solutions and working on multiple deliverables simultaneously. This will necessitate the need for keen change management skills. In this role you will:Collaborate with cross-functionally, including, but not limited to service operations professionals and technical partners to implement new and/or improve processes and enhanced experience to resolve barriers to performance through benchmarking, business process analysis, root cause analysis, process mapping, etc.

Collect and analyze process data to initiate, develop and recommend business practices and procedures that focus on speed to market, increased productivity and reduced cost.

Leads test and learn projects, changes, contract change orders, etc.; based on data, in order to drive efficiency and improved beneficiary and associate experience.

Achieve process efficiency and quality improvement goals, including error reduction and cycle time improvement, among a broader set of KPIs.

Facilitate process workflow modeling in order to collaborate on process improvements, automation capabilities and define end-to-end use cases.

Contribute to the training and development of other associates within the department through change management and measurement, creating process documentation/workflows.

Determine how new technologies can support re-engineering business processes.

Lead efforts to drive agile ways of working across the Service Operations organization, supporting the agile transformation of the business and technical teams.

Understand department and organizational strategy and operating objectives, including their linkages to related areas.

Makes decisions on moderately complex to complex issues regarding technical approach for project components, and work is performed with minimal direction.

Oversees and/or participates in user acceptance testing, capture findings, and provides summary of outcomes to support data driven decision making.

Key Accountabilities -Design, present for approval and implement new and/or improve processes

Responsible for data collection and analysis related to quality, WFM and onboarding processes. Reviewing for opportunities to improve associate experience and gain efficiencies.

Support projects that drive department performance with limited oversight. Capture action items and ensure follow through while adhering to tight implementation timelines.

Create and maintain process to collect all project outcomes that allows for tracking of all steps taken and lesson learn in an ongoing catalog.

Develop process documents and process flows as necessary to ensure understanding of current state and drive data driven decisions.

Required QualificationsOur Department of Defense Contract requires U.S. citizenship for this position

Successfully receive approval for government security clearance (eQIP Electronic Questionnaire for Investigation Processing)

5 or more years of process improvement experience including process mapping and root cause analysis

Previous experience with cost analysis

Evident problem solving skills utilizing available resources

Agile methodology experience

Strong Microsoft Office software skills

Excellent communication skills, verbal and written

Excellent organizational skills

For this job, associates are required to be fully COVID vaccinated, including booster or undergo weekly COVID testing and wear a face covering while at work.
