- Liaising with external companies/stakeholders, and their customers to ensure product direction is aligned with market requirements
- Owning the roadmap, development, and direction of their world class SaaS Management Platform
- Collecting feedback from sales teams, customer experience teams, and partners, and then analyzing that feedback to inform future product direction
- Working with the research and development team to ensure product features are developed in line with your product roadmaps
- Organizing and prioritizing product changes in a manner that takes into account priority, time-to-market, and cost
- Writing product requirements that clearly articulate what customers need to do, why it matters, and how it fits into or changes existing systems
- Working closely with Marketing to effectively communicate and deliver products to their customers
- 5+ years of Product Management experience
- Background in an Information Technology B2B environment
- Experience with SaaS platform is required
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 as a product - whether it is 365 infrastructure, 365 cloud technologies, or related service offerings to 365
- Ability to work in a rapidly expanding, agile environment with previous experience of SaaS product management and/or development
- Experience with Aha, AzureDevOps, Angular, Elastic, and/or MongoDB is a plus
- Strong stakeholder engagement and client-facing experience
- IT workflow experience is required
