Senior Program Manager

Our client is a software powerhouse in Alpharetta who focuses on building innovative workforce solutions for companies around the globe.

They are looking for a

Sr. Program Manager who will play a key role in supporting an enterprise-wide FedRAMP initiative in their Technology Governance & Compliance group.

Here's what you'll be doing:

  • Helping guide the organizations to deliver and implement various security programs and initiatives in an effective manner using industry best practices
  • Monitoring progress against strategic goals, measuring and reporting key metrics, communicating and leading project teams as required to fulfill the responsibilities of the position
  • Managing daily tasks, managing cross alliance dependencies/risks across federal compliance requirements and legalities
  • Working in a fast-paced organization addressing challenging business and technology issues amongst cross-functional teams
  • Driving needed results utilizing a high amount of collaboration, proactive ownership, problem solving, facilitating change with a strong customer-centric focus
  • This role functions in a fast-paced agile-hybrid environment that has a tremendous impact on the success of the company

Here's what our ideal candidate has:

  • 10+ years of experience in Program Management or similar type of roles
  • Proven experience driving multiple large, complex initiatives from ideation to implementation, partnering with cross-functional teams to ensure that programs deliver according to customer needs, all while maintaining a constant focus toward continuous improvement
  • Experience working on time critical deliverables using the Agile Methodology
  • Experience in a cloud environment, specifically Google Cloud Platform (GCP) is preferred
  • Experience in a security/compliance environment is preferred
  • NIST, FISMA, and other government regulation experience is welcomed
  • Experience with FedRAMP is a plus
  • Demonstrated consulting, influencing, and negotiating skills
  • Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and presentation abilities
  • Ability to build and grow relationships and collaborate at all levels in the organization
