Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated individual to leverage relationships to support account growth and delivery leadership. As a Senior Program Manager/Account Lead, you will position CapTech for additional opportunities to serve clients by building deep relationship and ensuring exceptional delivery. Your focus is on bridging the gap between operational and strategic views of account management in alignment with the account plan and strategy.This individual will help ensure delivery excellence, consultant satisfaction, and strong financial management.

Specific responsibilities for the Senior Program Manager/ Account Lead include:

  • Accountable for executing significant aspects of the account strategy by owning one or more SOWs and ensuring superior project delivery.
  • Leads and develops cross-functional delivery teams to ensure impactful business outcomes. Meet regularly with stakeholders to ensure client satisfaction, resolving critical client satisfaction issues. Promptly escalates risks that affect client relationships or trust.
  • Establishes and nurtures collaborative partnerships with key stakeholders (Directors, VPs).
  • Encourages consultants to actively develop relationships within their sphere of influence.
  • Proactively identifies and drives new opportunities to serve client’s needs. Leads and/or executes proposal and SOW efforts and seeks opportunities to introduce new or additional CapTech service offerings & capabilities.
  • Takes ownership fordevelopmentof AM talent into Senior AMs through proactive mentoring and coaching.
  • Seeks and develops relationships with key stakeholders by immersing themselves in client culture and community events.
  • Oversees Account Management team activities to ensure appropriate Account Management Office processes and practices are executed.
  • Advocates for digital accessibility and inclusive design in all projects and client interactions.

Qualifications

Specific qualifications for the Senior Program Manager/Account Lead position include:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or equivalent work experience
  • PMP certification preferred
  • 3 + years of proven account management or other relevant experience
  • 8 + years of experience in project or program management role, experience leading delivery across technology projects/programs is essential.
  • Ideal candidate will have consulting industry experience
  • Demonstrated track record of successful ability to manage large and complex consulting engagements
  • Experience leading teams through complex technology solution sales cycle
  • Experience building relationships with C-suite stakeholders
  • Ability to assess client needs, identify omissions and gaps, and design optimal solution.
  • Creative thinking and seeking innovative solutions to complex technical/business problems
