For Victorian based employees, the compliance date is 26 November 2021.All other global Boeing locations do not have a vaccination requirement at this time.The Boeing Company is hiring a Quality Engineer in Atlanta, GA to represent Quality function on team activities to integrate contractual and Boeing Quality Management System requirements into all aspects of proposals and program processes and documentation.This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at the listed location.Position Responsibilities:Researches contractual and Boeing Quality Management System requirements for applicability to specific proposals and program processes and documentation.

Analyzes capability assessments to support supplier selection activities.

Participates in various reviews to ensure quality attributes are incorporated into product designs.

Performs data analysis to ensure manufacturing and test readiness.

Provides material review dispositions for non-conformances.

Analyzes non-conformance trends to evaluate effectiveness of corrective actions.

Provides Quality interpretation of requirements.

Develops quality metrics, design and production certification plans for small programs to ensure compliance with contractual, Company and regulatory requirements.

Conducts capability assessments and process validations to support supplier selection activities. Participates in various reviews to ensure quality attributes are incorporated into product designs.

Performs analysis, tests and process audits to ensure manufacturing and test readiness.

Provides material review dispositions for non-conformances.

Recommends corrective actions to address non-conformances.

Performs benchmarking and other forms of analysis to ensure specified processes capability levels are achieved.

Works autonomously with limited supervision

This position must meet Export Control compliance requirements, therefore a “US Person” as defined by 22 C.F.R. § 120.15 is required. “US Person” includes US Citizen, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee.Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):5+ Experience using computers, including typing and utilization of the Microsoft Office suite.

3+ years’ experience applying Root Cause Corrective Action (RCCA), or other similar rigorous problem/analysis/resolution, processes to engineering development and manufacturing/production efforts.

Experience working with AS9100 and/or similar QMS standard.

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):A Bachelor’s degree or higher.
