This information is provided to applicants in accordance to the Colorado Equal Pay for Equal Work Act.Job Details:The Sr. Release Train Engineer (RTE) is a key leadership role that drives processes, manages risk, and promotes continuous improvement throughout the organization at the highest level. A solid understanding of applied Agile methods. Responsible for overseeing large scale and/or enterprise-widebusiness and technical requirements development, effort and cost estimates, scheduling, design, implementation, testing, approvals, user documentation and customer deliverables.1. Perform the role of Sr. Release Train Engineer of an Agile ReleaseTrain leading multiple, simultaneous initiatives of complex programs.2. Facilitates program increment planning, inspect and adapt workshops, system demos, and other applicable ART ceremonies.3. Relentlessly drive the organization to follow the core agile principles and continuous improvement.4. Coach, mentor, and support all members of the Agile Release Train including leadership in iterative product development, including following the Scaled Agile Framework, managing program impediments, and applying self-organization and shared leadership with the team.5. Promotes better Release Train Engineer, Product Manager and Architecture collaboration.6. Excellent communication and facilitation skills with demonstrated ability to influence change at all levels.7. Tracks and communicates team health and iteration/program progress.8. Uses metrics to report on heath of complex programs / Agile Release Trains.9. Works with Release Train Engineers across the organization to mentor and share best practices.10. Assists leadership with Agile Release Train and team structure.11. Strong mediation and negotiation skills, managing conflict amongst team members.12. Demonstrate an understanding of Agile budgeting, capital and expense; and support the budgeting process.Skills/Knowledge Considered A Plus2 years experience in RTE (Release Train Engineering)Minimum Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, information systems, or business administration and/or equivalent formal training or work experience. Five(5) years equivalent work experience in information technology or business environment.
