Job description: The Senior SAP Business Integration Consultant is responsible for ensuring the design and development of a robust SAP Integrated Mobile Solution for Direct-Store-Delivery running on Honeywell Movilizer cloud platform and ability to map customer business process requirements to the product offering. The applicant should have good knowledge of complete OTC (Order-to-cash) process including Configuration/Customizing of Sales, Shipping, Pricing and Billing documents and integration with Materials Management and FICO. Responsibilities: - Overall experience: 5 to 10 years - Determine business needs via consultation, business analysis, workshops and targeted observations - Experience in managing project delivery lifecycle, implementation and incident management in SAP S/4 HANA environment Sales configuration, Pricing and Sales Order Management, Transportation/Logistics Management - Knowledge of all master data objects required to support the DSD Order Management process like customer (Business partner and roles, customer hierarchy etc), Pricing (Pricing Condition maintenance, condition contracts, pricing reports), DSD Specific data like visit plans/trips, routes, sales reps, drivers, hierarchy etc - Proven track record of providing sound leadership to projects and demonstrated ability to multitask and deliver high quality deliverables on time - Analyze and visualize customer's delivery driver and prompt sales user journeys and help improvise process designs by adapting to the best practice followed with rigorous documentation of SAP Process - On site and remote support to end users on Pricing, DSD, Handheld and other sales order process - Identify possible inter-dependencies and integration between SAP DSD with SAP MM and SAP FI-CO and ability to work with cross functional teams - Configure financial relevant processes in SAP DSD and Third Party tools for SAP DSD - Ability to design and configure Customer Credit Management processes, Payments Collection, Invoicing processes and related objects to integrate with Third Party tool for SAP DSD - Create template for Global and Localized roll outs of DSD solution - Impart Train-the-Trainers and End-User Training Qualifications: - Education: University Degree - Minimum 5 years progressive IT Solution Development and Design experience, with emphasis on SAP ECC DSD and SCM solutions and delivering projects in an Agile framework - Minimum 2 full project lifecycle implementation experience implementing SAP DSD at FMCG companies - Sound knowledge in the following processes in global Consumer Packaged Goods companies: Supply Chain, Trade Marketing & Distribution, Direct Store Delivery and Finance - Strong Analytical, Critical Thinker and Problem-Solving skills - SAP Accredited Certification in SCM Modules (Good to Have) - Experience in SAP ABAP is an advantage with strong debugging skills (Good to Have) - Ability to see the big picture - Sound experience in project management - Knowledge and experience in the following tools: SAP SolMan, Service Now, Testing Tools like HP ALM, MS Azure DevOps or Jira - Ability to manage stakeholders and lead small to medium teams effectively - Business English Skills and great interpersonal and communications skills.
