Responsibilities:In pursuit of new work, you will lead the Delivery stream for large-scale, multi-tower Application Development and Maintenance (ADM) engagements – e.g., ERP+Custom+Cloud+Data+Infra. After a successful pursuit, you will delivery governance defined in the pursuit and establish strong client relationships. You will be responsible for bringing all of Capgemini’s capabilities as well as our partner ecosystem to the client to drive committed productivity and delivery excellence to the account. You need to understand the industry of the account, and work in close collaboration with the Account Executive and Practice leaders to identify relevant Capgemini assets and transformations on the account from a business and technical perspective. You need to be able to articulate the value proposition in client quantitative terms as well as track the benefits delivered. You will have on-shore and off-shore assistance, but you are the delivery leader and accountable for delivery led sales and profitability for the account and Primary skills (required) in priority order:• Experience selling and delivering large scale, multi-tower solutions in the context of “application development and maintenance” (ADM) services• 5+ years’ Experience as a Delivery leader working across all domains – business, information, application and technology/infra• 3+ years of P&L responsibility (for an engagement or department)• Deep industry knowledge and business process fluency for one or more industries excluding Financial Services and Healthcare• People leadership – building and leading high performing globally distributed teams• SLA management• Delivery led sales• Demonstrated ability to build trusted relationship with client CXOs• Experience in Agile and DevOps deliverySecondary skills (highly preferred):Knowledge and/or experience by priority with the following:• Cloud Migration Strategy and AIOPs transformation• Business Process transformation• Knowledge of data and analytics solutions• Automation / RPA• SIAM• ITIL 4.0 certification• ERP packages (SAP or Oracle) Applicants for employment in the US must have valid work authorization that does not now and/or will not in the future require sponsorship of a visa for employment authorization in the US by Capgemini.

Qualifications -Within each center, Service Delivery Senior Manager is responsible for delivery of service for a Client and/or for a specific function within an Engagement, whether it be local or remote. The Service Delivery Senior Manager manages multiple delivery teams within one or across different Engagements.Service Delivery Senior Manager is responsible for:• meeting all service level agreements (SLAs),• key performance indicators (KPIs),• cost budgets• contracted service• quality improvements• information securityHe/she reports in these aspects to the local or remote Engagement Director/Manager. In case of remote reporting relationship, he/she maintains a local reporting for all other areas e.g. people matters, disciplinary actions, etc.• Quallification: 12+ Years of Expereince , Bachelor's Degree• Should be an experienced individual in Process, Negotiation, Transition Management and Continuous (Service) Improvement.
