- Overall 10+Yrs experience
- Strong hands-on experience in SFDC Configuration and Force.com customization
- Strong in Visual Force, Apex, Trigger
- Experience in Integrations between SFDC and any other systems. Strong in Integrations, web services, SOAP, XML and workflow.
- Strong Communication and Customer facing
- Independent contributor as well strong team player
- At least 2 full lifecycle Salesforce.com implementations
- SCRUM Agile development environment experience is preferred
- Preferably experience with Java, HTML/CSS/JavaScript required
- Deep understanding of software development methodologies, design and implementation
- Deep understanding of object-oriented programming, OOP, and procedural programming
- Should be able to communicate with Customer for Requirement Analysis and Design activities along with preparation of technical documentation and detailed design specifications.
