Ledgent Technology is searching for a Sr Software Engineer for a Permanent/Direct-Hire role with our client based out of Atlanta
This is NOT a web development role - we are looking for a Client-Server development backgroundResponsibilities- Develop and Design high integrity software for self-service devices
- Learn and understand software and security standards for financial industry
- Design, build, and test applications, back-end integrations, as well as peripheral integrations via industry standards
- Knowledge of principles and practices in broad areas of assignments and related fields. As well as the ability to apply that knowledge.
- Being able to see full picture, problem solve and mitigate risk.
- Work closely with the product owner and scrum master to complete sprint planning, actively participate in scrums and deliver results each sprint.
- Utilize our Dynamix platform working closely with QA team and Global professionals to deliver quality customer integration.
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or relevant disciplines is preferred.
- A minimum of 7 years of relevant experience (or advanced degree with a minimum of 5 years relevant experience)
- Expert level development experiences in Windows/.Net/C# environment
- High understanding and professional experience in REST API/ system integrations.
- Any experience in WPF, MVVM, and WCF development preferred.
- Working knowledge of C and Win32 programming and JavaScript and HTML scripting languages is a PLUS.
- Experience with self-service devices such as kiosks, ATMs, POS systems is a plus.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
