You may review, modify, or update your information by visiting and logging into the careers section of the system.Job Description:At Regions, the Small Business Sales Manager is within the Regions’ Consumer Banking business unit and is responsible for collaboration with branch managers and teams to enhance skills, identify business opportunities, and increase small business acumen. This role will serve as a strategic partner, developing the client management process, helping branches meet performance goals, and improving operational efficiency.Primary Responsibilities

Develops strategies designed to acquire, expand, and retain Small Business clients with annual revenues up to $5 million

Collaborates with retail branches to build team skills and identify areas for development in working with Small Business clients

Designs and implements client management process to enhance client relationships and retention, with the goal of increasing sales in small business

Analyzes knowledge gaps across branches and develops training programs to increase small business acumen

Sets, manages, and tracks branch performance goals, to minimize variability for individual branches and achieve market level results

Fosters partnerships with key stakeholders throughout the organization to drive collaboration and improve business outcomes

Handles risk management, compliance, and ensures adherence to company policies and procedures

This position is exempt from timekeeping requirements under the Fair Labor Standards Act and is not eligible for overtime pay.This position is incentive eligible.This is a single incumbent position .Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in business or related field

Twelve (12) years in a client-facing financial services role

Experience leading a team in a sales environment

Skills and Competencies

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Exceptional interpersonal, customer service and problem-solving skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.)

Strong attention to detail

Strong coaching and leadership skills, with an ability to motivate employees

Strong work ethic and self-motivation

This position may be filled in other Regions major footprint hub locationsPosition TypeFull timeCompensation DetailsPay ranges are job specific and are provided as a point-of-market reference for compensation decisions. Other factors which directly impact pay for individual associates include: experience, skills, knowledge, contribution, job location and, most importantly, performance in the job role.
