Job Title: Sr. .NET Full Stack Developer

Who are we looking for?• Looking for a Senior .Net Core (C#) Full Stack Developer with 6+ years of experience in designing, developing and maintaining complex applications for the business needs.

Roles and Responsibilities:• A self-driven, high achieving independent learner who can excel with minimal guidance • One who takes the initiative and is responsible for technical solutions to data quality • A positive person who seeks to participate in collaborative and diverse culture. • A problem solver with a Can Do attitude • Comfortable working with remote working teams • A strong team player and who is not afraid to challenge colleagues with better solutions to a problem. • Willing to adopt new practices and processes and can serve as an evangelist in times of transformation.

Skills Required:• Excellent proficiency in .NET Core (C#.Net)/ASP.NET and Web API. • Strong proficiency in OOPs concepts. • Strong proficiency in MS SQL / Oracle – PL/SQL. • Strong Proficiency in HTML, JavaScript and CSS. • Working experience with logging mechanisms and complex exception handling. • Working experience with cloud computing like Azure / AWS. • Strong knowledge and previous experience with Agile Scrum principles. • Automation testing experience and test-driven development. • Basic understanding and knowledge of DevOps tools like GIT, Jenkins etc.

Process Skills: • General SDLC processes• Understanding of utilizing Agile and Scrum software development methodologies• Skill in gathering and documenting user requirements and writing technical specifications

Behavioral Skills:• Good Attitude and Quick learner• Well-developed analytical & problem-solving skills• Strong oral and written communication skills• Excellent team player, able to work with virtual teams• Excellent leadership skills with ability lead and guide and groom the team• Self-motivated and capable of working independently with minimal management supervision• Able to talk to client directly and report to client/onsite.
