You will report directly to our Network Engineering Manager, and you’ll work out of our Phoenix, AZ location on a hybrid work schedule. In this role, you will impact the reliability, security, and performance of our network infrastructure. With a focus on optimizing our networks and systems, you will ensure they align seamlessly with the organization's evolving requirements. By resolving complex technical issues, implementing system enhancements, and documenting best practices, you will contribute to a seamless operation that directly supports our mission of delivering cutting-edge solutions to industries worldwide. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Manage and oversee the day-to-day operations and delivery services of the network infrastructure. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, implement, and maintain network solutions. Monitor network performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement proactive solutions. Conduct regular network assessments and capacity planning to ensure optimal performance. Develop and maintain network documentation, including network diagrams, configurations, and procedures. Lead network troubleshooting and incident response efforts to ensure minimal downtime and maximum network reliability. 6+ years of experience in network administration and analysis.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Ability to speak, read and write English.

Proficiency in network monitoring tools and technologies.

In-depth knowledge of routing and switching protocols, including BGP, OSPF, and VLANs.

WE VALUE

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Certification in network management (e.g., CCNA, CCNP or higher) demonstrating a commitment to network management and security best practices.

Experience using network tools such as Cisco Catalyst Center, Vmanage, Solarwinds and Thousand Eyes.

Experience with network virtualization technologies such as SDN or SDWAN.

Strong project management skills with a track record of successfully managing network-related projects.

Proven experience in network automation and scripting using tools like Python or Ansible.
