Position DescriptionThe Senior Practice Performance Analyst is responsible for collecting, tracking and reporting the Practice’s performance using data that ranges from clinical quality/performance to Practice cost/efficiency. In addition to data analysis and performance measurement, the Practice Performance Analyst collaborates with the Practice’s CEO and executive staff on key initiatives that relate to the design and execution of the Practice’s long-term vision. The Analyst will create strategic planning initiatives to include market data analysis as well as research and investigation of new products/technology to increase efficiency and reduce cost.
Position RequirementsKNOWLEDGE SKILLS AND ABILITIES/LICENSE OR CERTIFICATION REQUIRED
- Bachelor’s degree (four year college or university)
- Six plus years related experience
- Microsoft Office
- SQL database query experience
- EMR experience
- Master’s degree preferred
- Knowledge of Healthcare industry and physician office workflow.
- Knowledge of medical terminology and billing and coding practices.
