Matlen Silver has an immediate opportunity for an experience Process Design Consultant in the Atlanta GA area. This position is remote to start, and will eventually be a hybrid schedule in office/remote.
The Senior Process Design Consultant on the Third Party Data Sharing Program is a master communicator and active listener who understands how to navigate an audience. Self-aware, almost to a fault, this candidate needs to keenly understand how to adjust their approach based on the situation. Following a logical, fact-based approach, this candidate shall possess the superior ability to see correlations others may not, ask the right questions and to help support and drive forward the Third Party Data Sharing Program. You will be:- Defining and designing new processes and procedures as a result of regulatory and legal compliance.
- Leading discovery sessions of current state processes.
- Designing business unit controls and ongoing monitoring activities to manage data risk, identifying and managing open issues/action plans as appropriate.
- Supporting and partnering with business units, legal, risk, and compliance teams.
- Achieving high-performance in ambiguous, dynamic environments - operating with a sense of urgency, applying a mix of good judgement, resourcefulness, and problem-solving
- Building and cultivating strong relationships with a broad range of cross functional stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
- Minimum 8+ years process consultation, process design, developing business processes, procedures, measures, metrics.
- Consulting experience
- Data Strategy and Governance
- Experience in financial services
- Experience / knowledge of risk management frameworks and banking regulatory requirements
- Data Analysis
- Professional Certifications (Six Sigma, etc.)
- 3-5 years experience building executive and regulator level presentations
