- Working with Product Owners and team members to learn and practice healthy backlog management and prioritization practices
- Facilitating scrum ceremonies, collaboration, communication, and conflict management
- Working on their dealer and consumer facing products
- Working in Agile framework with 2-week springs
- Helping to eliminate impediments to the team's ability to perform
- Facilitating team development, mediating conflicts, protecting the team and encouraging healthy team dynamics
- Coaching and mentoring junior level scrum masters
- 2-3 years of scrum master experience
- Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent combination of industry related professional experience and education
- Deep understanding of scrum values and framework, agile values, and lean principles
- Working experience in one or more of the following Agile methods or frameworks: Scrum, Extreme Programming (XP), or Kanban
- General understanding and knowledge of emerging technologies
- Working experience with Agile scaling frameworks, preferably SAFe
