- Partnering with estimating department throughout bidding process and handoff of awarded projects
- Review subcontract bids for completeness, and work with PM and Construction Manager as necessary to negotiation best possible contract with subcontractors and material suppliers
- Establish and maintain a working relationship with the client, based on a commitment to industry leading customer service that results in complete customer satisfaction and future project opportunities.
- Develop and maintain a project schedule consistent with contractual requirements. Creating and maintaining a schedule pace that will ensure timely completion.
- Issue Purchase Orders for necessary materials
- Prepare and review with Superintendent Job Start Package
- Conduct preconstruction meetings with appropriate parties
- Conduct periodic job meetings during construction with appropriate parties
- Partner with subcontractor to assist with job specific procedures and adjust progress as necessary to insure timely completion of project
- Partner with subcontractors to ensure job specific safety requirements are established and complied with by all project participants.
- Process all required paperwork for both internal and external use
- Insure that both Company and client objectives are being met

- Travel as necessary for the proper execution of assigned projects
- 10+ years direct work experience as noted in description is needed most
- A Construction Management degree or BSEE is a plus
- Must have minimum of 10 years with direct field Superintendent work experience
