Role: System/Business Analyst – System EngineerLocation: Atlanta, GADuration: Subcon Job Description Resource should have the knowledge of system engineering activities and acumen for Business Analysis.Evaluation and assessment of impacts of development approach, proposed requirements and methodology chosen.Work with the End Clients, Business Analysts to prepare functional specification during the project requirements stage. Direct the offshore team for documentation of functional requirements for client submission and approvals.Preparation of technical design document and submit document for client approval. Implement client revisions and comments to the application design.Knowledge of Layer 2 access technologies like VDSL2, ADSL2+, bonded pair VDSL2, GPON, and Fixed Wireless.Worked on projects and knowledge of HSIA, IPTV, CVoIP, FBS, ASEoLS, Fixed Wireless, NextGen Fixed Wireless and DIRECTV.Prior experience of OSS Systems majorly in Transport Activation, Service Provisioning, Service Assurance, Network Plan-Build and Workflow Management will be an advantage.Understanding of SDN/NFV.Solid networking knowledge (OSI network layers, TCP/IP)Knowledge of Java, J2EE, JSON messaging.Experience in building interface using REST APIGood Working experience of writing requirements in gherkin format.Sound knowledge of implementing BDD, Cucumber within the teams.Experience of Writing Requirements / User Stories, draft workflows sequence diagrams using tools like websequence, MS Visio.Knowledge of Agile tools, frameworks and methodologies
