Job Description:
We are looking for a talented and experienced Business System Analyst/ Tech Analyst to join our Retail Preferred Small Business Wealth Team to assist with the development of Technology platforms.Responsibilities- Work closely with development and architecture teams, product managers and business users to develop requirements and document process/data flows for technology solutions- Assist with technology estimates- Involve in preparing test plan / test cases and test execution of both functional and non-functional requirements- Participate/host calls independently with business and technology partners (offshore and onshore) in requirement gathering meetings and proactively clarify doubts- Should be dedicated to learning the existing application functionality and becoming subject matter expert.- Great attention to detail with good organization skills.- Well versed in writing business and technical documentationRequired Skills/ Qualifications- Knowledge of Payments or Financial Services space- Experience gathering and preparing requirements - typically 5 or more years experience- Experience preparing and documenting requirements using Agile Methodology typically 5 or more years experience- Proficient with JIRA, Word, Excel, Visio, and PowerPoint- Detailed oriented with excellent communication skills with ability to work and collaborate across global teams including offshore- Strong analytical skills with ability to break down complex problems/ideas and come-up with creative solutions- Must possess the ability to handle multiple projects in-parallel and be able to work independently in addition to contributing as part of a highly collaborative and globally dispersed teams- Self-driven, innovative and pushes for high-quality measurable outcomes Desired Skills/ Qualifications - Technical skills, specifically with databases and scripting languages - Ability to build test plans, develop test scripts, and traceability matrix- Background in core banking and payments systems is strongly preferred.Shift:1st shift (United States of America)Hours Per Week:40Learn more about this roleVacancy expired!
