What We're Looking ForResponsible for working with various internal functional groups at HNTB to review proposals, task assignments, properly identifying, vetting, advancing potential changes, and ensuring compliance with industry standards. We are looking for a person to grow into this role.Primary Focus Will Include:Editorial review of proposals, technical provisions, tables, figures, and diagrams
Oversee Georgia DOT Office of Alternative Delivery (OAD) and Office of Express Lanes (OEL) procurements for programmatic alignment
Coordinates with Technical Authors and Procurement Leads
Preferred Qualifications and Skills:Bachelor's Degree
2 years of experience with review and editing
Excellent writing skills and attention to detail
What You'll NeedEssential Responsibilities:Works with Division Marketing and technical staff to write, format and edit content for qualifications, proposals and reports.
Edits and formats content written by others, ensuring consistency in writing style and approach throughout various documents.
Gathers information through research, statistical reports, and interviews with technical staff.
Performs other duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Technical, Communications or related field
2 years of relevant experience
