- Project Management experience in managing health care projects
- Expertise in billing and claims, with emphasis on billing side
- Expertise with SQL Knowledge of industry standards, including 837 and claims-related EDI transactions
- 3+ years of strong Technical Agile project management experience.
- Experience in managing projects following different development methodologies, Iterative, agile lifecycle and experience in project management tools, e.g. JIRA, Rally, TFS.
- Experience working with DevOps, CI/CD, delivery pipeline ,service-oriented architectures,, security practices, database technologies.
- Strong experience in managing distributed scrum teams
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with an ability to interact professionally with Peer groups
- Strong background culture of delivering projects with First time right and Zero defects in Production.
- PMP, SAFe / Certified Scrum Master certification is a plus.
- Ability to communicate in technical and nontechnical environments
- Maintain regular communication with customer; addressing needs through empathy with their environment
