Must Have Skills/Attributes:Communications, Documentation, MS Excel, Project ManagementWhat will give you a competitive edge (preferred qualifications):Prior professional experience in commuter/transit benefits.What you need to succeed (minimum qualifications):1 year of relevant approval process and/or project management work experience.Solutions-oriented mindset and strong ability to use data to make decisions.Ability to integrate a broad range of internal and external factors when monitoring reimbursement approvals and making recommendations.Must be conscious of process improvement, experienced in measuring results, enabling accountability and performance enhancement.Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced ever-changing environment.Self-starter, work well with a minimum of supervision and be capable of working under pressure and managing several initiatives at a time.Strong verbal and written communication skills, organizational skills, team orientation and strong leadership abilities; ability to influence by storytelling from the data.Results orientation with the ability to make data-driven, fact-based decisions in a fast-paced environment.Must be performing satisfactorily in the present position.Responsibilities:How youll help us Keep Climbing (overview and key responsibilities):The Client Program Coordinator will be responsible for supporting Family Care Programs with strategic Commuter Benefits projects and initiatives, particularly the Client Program through collaboration with multiple functions throughout the organization to facilitate the approval of submitted reimbursements as well as evaluate and help drive value-added business and input regarding the approval process and transit programs overall. The incumbent will also be responsible for generating data calculations/reporting and monitoring all details and facets related to the usage and demand of the Client Program.Summary of responsibilities (not comprehensive of all tasks):Facilitate approval process of all submitted Client Program reimbursement expense reports.Manage Client Program shared mailbox and review all submitted receipts/invoices.Monitor usage, demand patterns, and changes utilize data to suggest and implement policy changes, planning, and/or program modifications and compliance.Support Family Care Programs in Client Program modeling, valuation analysis, and decision-making of program initiatives.MS Word, MS Excel, Project Management, Project Documentation, Project Tracking, PMP, PMI Principles, Baseline Planning.Assist in generating communication materials for employees, leaders, and executive management.Support due diligence processes to perform granular evaluations of the Client Program.Develop and maintain reporting mechanisms and strategies required to measure the success of the program as well as alignment of operational performance metrics.Only those lawfully authorized to work in the designated country associated with the position will be considered.
