Foundation is a well rounded team looking for dedicated individuals who have a passion for hospitality, and food and beverage culture. We offer guests an elevated dining experience that's focused on food, service, and atmosphere. Previous restaurant experience is a must. Fine(r) dining experience earns you extra points.
Line cook: A minimum of 2 years in a full service restaurant is required. Candidates must display a keen attention to detail, have a strong work ethic, and work well with a team. Strong talent in grill or saute is desired. Good knife skills and eagerness to learn are respectable traits.
Host: Hosts are the first and last impression of our restaurant and crucial to our success. We are seeking someone with a dynamic personality, excellent communication skills, and a sense of urgency. Someone with good problem solving capabilities would thrive in this position. Providing our guests with hospitality should be a priority for any applicant. Previous experience preferred.
Server: A minimum of 1 year in a full service restaurant required. A solid knowledge of food, beer, wine, and craft cocktails is crucial to your success. If you're a foodie yourself, it will serve you well in our restaurant. Of course, attention to detail and a sense of urgency are necessary traits for this position, as is the ability to work well within the team.
