Position Title: Business System Analyst (10+ years of exp)Location: Atlanta, GA, Norfolk, VA or Richmond, CADuration: 6 plus months Long term contract
Technical/Other Skills Required:- Comprehensive understanding of the business analysis role in a technology environment
- SAFe certification is a huge plus and the client is looking for Agile methodology
- Healthcare industry experience is a must
- Ability to prepare business requirements including mock-ups, wireframes, process flow diagrams, etc.
- Ability to help create and map business needs/application requirements to technical solutions
- Knowledge of data warehousing concepts
- Superb communication and management of requirements
- Real passion for solving problems
- Excellent verbal/written communication and effective interpersonal skills to work with user community
- Possess strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment, in order to achieve personal and team goals and complete assignments within established time frames
