The key personal characteristics for this candidate are attention to detail, extremely focused, multi-tasker, excellent time management, and excellent telephone etiquette!Hours: 8a-5pLocation: Alpharetta, GAHourly Pay: $13.90Duties:Validate employer/school information; research and locate source contact informationInteract with clients to obtain additional or missing applicant information, release forms, etc. Follow up daily on pending orders Maintain surcharge list that includes all applicable third party verification fees Requirements:High school diploma or general education degree (GED); and one to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experienceAbility to calculate figures and amounts such as surcharge subtotals and totalsStrong written and verbal communication skillsKnowledge of Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, live person chat capabilities, order processing systems and database softwarePrevious experience in employment screening industry preferredIf interested, submit your resume in either Word or PDF formatting.
