Market Manager Job Description: Atlanta, GA 30320
Manage, train, build, and work with dealerships & field rep(s) in your market while also maintaining daily relationships with all current client(s). You will be responsible for building & maintaining your market. Sales will be involved
Job Duties:
Following your daily sales visits schedule & communicating with sales management to help grow the market revenue.
Monitoring field rep output as well as gauge when reps need to be hired & fired.
Creation & maintenance of field rep schedules
Daily market reports sent to management
Vehicle Photography & Videography
Covering field rep sick days or call outs
Training of New Field Representatives
Daily sales visits are required to non-customers in your market
Pay:
$2,500 Monthly + Commission + Bonuses
Vacation:
2 Weeks paid vacation. (Vacation dates must be chosen 1 month in advance.)
SKILLS/REQUIREMENTS:
-Seeking a hardworking individual with an upbeat, positive attitude.
-Clean license. Only clean driving records will be considered.
-Interest in photography.
-Basic computing skills.
