Lashgari & Associates, P.C.,is a Plaintiff car & truck accident law firm seeking an entry level Paralegal. Qualified candidates should be team players, proactive, have strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills (verbal and written), and have the ability to learn new software, systems, and processes quickly.
Personal Injury experience is not required. We will train you! This is an onsite position.
Responsibilities:
Drafting correspondence, memoranda, and other requested documents
Assisting attorneys in the preparation of demand packages
Requesting medical records and open records request
Answering telephone and communicating with attorneys, insurance adjusters, clients etc
Making copies, sending faxes and email
Qualifications:
A Bachelor’s degree and Paralegal Certificate
Experience with WordPerfect, and MS Office (Excel, Outlook, etc.) a plus
Strong writing skills
Keen attention to detail
Proficiency in client communication, teamwork, and office technology
