Title: Georgia Of Counsel – Personal Injury Law – $500/month + percentage (Atlanta / Remote)
Description:
A multi-state personal injury law firm with offices in Florida and Washington D.C. is seeking an experienced Georgia-licensed attorney to serve as Of Counsel. This is a part-time, remote or hybrid role for a motivated attorney who wants to build their Georgia practice with the support of an established litigation team.
Compensation:
$500 per month base pay
10% of attorney’s fees earned on Georgia cases after the initial trial period and firm revenue benchmark is met
Increased percentages available upon growth with the firm.
Responsibilities:
Serve as local counsel or lead attorney on Georgia personal injury matters
Participate in filings, litigation planning, and client communications
Attend weekly virtual meetings with equity partners (approx. 20 hours/month)
Contribute to case growth and strategic development

Active Georgia Bar license in good standing
