Top Personal Injury Law Firm, in search of a Paralegal Assistant, with at least 2-3 years Personal Injury experience, in Sandy Springs, GA.

Required:
Bachelor's (4 year degree)
3 years Work Experience at one firm
3 years of Personal Injury Work
Paralegal Certification, a plus!
We are looking to place candidate within 2 weeks!
Duties and Responsibilities include the following.
Case management
Schedule deadlines, depositions, and maintain calendar
Acquire records and assemble in an organized fashion
Coordinate document production
Draft pleadings, litigation, correspondence, subpoenas, deposition notices, legal briefs, letters to clients and third parties, including insurance companies, defense firms, client employers and medical providers
Basic background research on adverse parties and witnesses
Other duties may be added
Qualifications and Skills
Ability to work in high-paced environment.
Familiarity with Microsoft Office Products.
Excellent written and verbal skills.
Strong time management and organizational skills.
