Temp or Temp to Perm Corporate Contract Attorney Atlanta, GA
Legalpeople is currently staffing a temporary or temp to perm transactional attorney position for a mid-sized boutique law firm with offices north of Buckhead. In order to be considered, the successful candidate must have 4 plus years of large or mid-sized law firm corporate transactional experience. M&A experience is also strongly preferred but not required.
The firm will consider both part-time and permanent candidates for this role. This assignment require that you be barred in at least one U.S. state.
The hourly rate is very competitive and this contract position can definitely lead to a permanent position if desired.
