- Day to day responsibilities include the monitoring and troubleshooting of an Avaya Communications Solution.
- This includes using such tools as Windows Desktop solutions.
- Demonstrated ability to design and implement both TDM and IP-based voice and multimedia networks and solve complex problems as they relate to multiple business applications.
- Extensive experience supporting business applications and processes through the design, installation, and support of enterprise voice and contact center communications systems including PBX, voice mail, IVR, call recording, and CTI
- Experience with Avaya Session Manager and Avaya Systems Manager
- Monitoring product support notices and making notes of what each corrects or updates.
- Interacting with tier 3 technicians to determine solutions to issues.
- Strong understanding of the configuration and setup of the RightFax environment and other faxing systems
- Understanding of core Call Routing concepts and a strong ability to troubleshoot problems through the use of SQL queries with the understanding of the data presented
- Ability to correlate network events between multiple autonomous systems
- Adaptable and collaborative with strong problem-solving skills
