Senior Implementation Analyst with EFI Radius

• Technology exposure to EFI Radius is a big plus.
• Implementation of shop floor systems or enterprise systems at factories
• US Anywhere, will need to travel 50% of the time to customer sites
• Experience working with Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Quality, Production Planning and Material Logistics teams to launch and integrate IT systems from concept to the production environment while following appropriate change management procedures
• Knowledge of IT manufacturing system applications and plant support
• Perform implementation and 1st level support of mission critical plant applications. This includes a functional knowledge of all plant applications used by local plants, ability to troubleshoot system issues, manage and/or configure application and application access
• Knowledge of machine monitoring, performance and quality systems, component tracking, engineering systems and identification systems
• Capable of delivering both factory service desk work or factory onsite support work to maximize flexibility and efficiency in the onsite team at involved site

• 8 – 20 Years of experience
• Requires a bachelor's degree in engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
• Required to support other Manufacturing sites in USA
• Should Read, Write and Speak English
• May be required to travel domestically up to 50%, Eligible for claim or internationally up to 5%
