Family owned construction company searching for an administrative assistant to add to our dynamic team. We are looking for an individual to assist with a variety of projects to help maintain organization, to ensure that a variety of construction jobs are meeting their requirements and deadlines with efficiency.
We prefer bilingual (Spanish) to assist with communication with Project Managers.
Looking for someone who is willing to invest their time to help the company grow.
Job responsibilities are but are not limited to the following:
Assist Controller with accounts payable functions
Gather and enter invoices (QuickBooks)
Assist in meeting weekly and monthly deadlines
Assist with front office responsibilities (screen phone calls, sort mail, etc.)
Meet with Project Manager weekly to review submittals, contracts, minutes, logs, etc.
Create project folders
Assist in processing Purchase Orders
Order materials
Position Requirements:
QuickBooks experience
Efficient in Microsoft Office
Bilingual (Spanish)
Excellent verbal, written, and communication skills.
