We are seeking a Bilingual (Spanish/English) Sales Assistant to join our team! You will be responsible for helping customers by acting as the initial contact for the Sales team.

Bilingual (Spanish/English) oral and written abilities are essential in performing the duties of this position.

Responsibilities:

Handle customer inquiries in a friendly, confident and timely manner.

Collects information and relays it in a concise manner to the Sales Lead and/or appropriate Sales Representative.

Fields general phone calls and emails from potential customers and convert them into sales as needed.

Answers customers' questions products, prices, availability, product uses and credit terms as required by Sales Lead or Sales Representative.

Document and update customer records based on interactions.

Generates correspondence to secure additional customer information as required.

Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

Bilingual (English/Spanish) speaking and writing is REQUIRED.

Associate's degree preferred. Some college coursework is required.

Previous experience (3+ years) in customer service, sales, or other related fields.

Ability to build rapport with customers.

Ability to prioritize and multitask.

Positive and professional demeanor.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Solid PC skills, proficiency and working knowledge of standard office software, such as Microsoft Office products (specifically Excel) with an aptitude to learn in-house database system.

Restaurant equipment knowledge is very helpful in performing the duties of this position.

Ability to work with minimum supervision.

Ability to execute under accelerated time frames.

Ability to quickly adapt to change in priorities.
